This notice describes how information is used by the ALZ Jewels website and its customer-support channels.
Information you provide
If you submit a review, the site stores your display name, rating, review text, submission time and moderation status. You choose whether to submit and give permission to publish. An approved review displays your name, rating, text and date publicly. Do not include private contact or payment information in a review.
If you contact us, we receive the messages and account or contact details you share. Order support may involve your payment reference, selected product and delivery details.
Payments & fulfillment
This website does not currently offer online payment checkout or collect full payment-card numbers. If you previously paid through Stripe, Stripe may retain records under its privacy notice, and ALZ Jewels may access relevant transaction and customer information through its merchant account to handle those orders, refunds and disputes.
For fulfillment, relevant recipient, delivery and order information may be shared with the supplier and delivery provider. Dropshipped orders may involve suppliers outside your country. Contact us with questions before providing delivery information.
Technical information
Hosting and security providers process connection information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site. The review service stores a daily hashed identifier derived from an IP address to limit spam; it does not store the raw IP address in its review records. Hosting providers may maintain separate logs.
This site's application code does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Hosting, authentication and external services may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to deliver them.
External services
Links to third-party services, including Instagram, take you to services with their own privacy practices. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Owner sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication to restrict review moderation. Customers do not need to sign in to submit a review.

Retention & your choices
Submitted reviews remain stored until removed; hiding a review from public view does not delete the stored record. Payment and support records may need to be retained for order handling, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations or disputes. Provider-held records follow the provider's retention practices.
Contact ALZ Jewels to request access, correction or deletion of information we control, or to withdraw permission to display your review. We may need to verify the request and may retain records where legally required. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location. Do not send passwords or full card details.
